Badía Blava, is a newly built urbanization, on the south coast of Mallorca, and about 15 minutes drive east of Pama. It is located between El Arenal and Sa Rápita.
To make good use of the rocky coast line, with its crystal clear water, and incredible views across the bay, a wide, paved walk was constructed, with a nice shaded sitting area, just before the last, and final steps into the water. The Mallorquíns love to take a stroll here, on a Sunday afternoon, to watch the sunset.
For those, who would like the access of a sandy beach, Cala Pi (small bay), is within a ten minute drive.
In the immediate neighbourhood is a shopping centre with supermarket, chemist´s, banks, baker´s, medical centre, and restaurants.

Villa Badía Blava, is a modern, 160 m2, duplex villa, situated just a couple of hundred metres from the paved walk to the sea. The outdoor area is approx. 500 m2, including the pool ( 5 x 3 m), driveway, two terraces, and flower plantations.
The living- dining room is comfortably furnished with two sofas, and a dining table seating six. There is a flat screen satellite-TV, Dvd- and Cd-player. Large picture windows opens on to a nicely funished, and covered front terrace, with some sea view. Next to the terrace is the pool with sunbeds and flowerbeds.
The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge and freezer, which also serves as an ice-machine. As the mains is connected, this will give you unlimited, cold drinking water. The kitchen opens on to a back terrace with BBQ, and a separate washroom.
On this floor is one bedroom with a double bed (1,90 x 1,50 m), views of the pool and sea, and a nicely tiled bathroom en-suite.
Upstairs, are two double bedrooms, a nicely tiled bathroom, a study, and a small outdoor balcony. One bedroom has a double bed ( 2 x 2 m), views of the pool and sea, and the study en-suite. The second bedroom has twin beds ( 1,90 x 0,90 m). All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The house has A/C reversible in every room, besides central heating for the cold season.
Villa Badía Blava, is an immaculately looked after property. Twice a week, the pool is cleaned, the garden watered, and outdoor areas swept.
