Casa Solimar, is a semi-detached, 86 square metre, terraced house on two levels, situated in a beautiful and tranquil surrounding, with spectacular sea views accross the Palma bay.
The house is comfortably and tastefully furnished with lovely relaxing sitting corners, nice decorations and quality fittings.
On ground floor, is the living room-kitchen-dining room and a shower-WC.
The dining room – kitchen with the lovely predominant colours of white and orange, opens on to a furnished terrace with gardens and sea view.
The cosy sitting area with an adjoining bathroom with shower, opens on to a furnished back terrace with grill.
On first floor, is the master bedroom with a king size bed, and marvellous panoramic views of the sea and the bay of Palma. The second bedroom is a twin with a small balcony just above the back terrace. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.
On the landing, between the two bedrooms, is a large fully tiled bathroom with tub/shower and two separate washbasins.There are ceiling fans in every room, and if preferred, air-conditioning/ reversible on both levels.
The exclusive pool area is large with a lawn, flowerbeds, outdoor shower and toilet.
Please observe: no food nor drink by the pool!
The pretty Illetas beach is within a 5-minute walk, as are shops, restaurants and bars.
