Ca´n Portuvil, is a very private country house, surrounded by 100.000 m2 of terraced land with olive trees, situated in a privileged location, overlooking the valley of Sóller, all the way to the bay in the port, and the Tramuntana mountains.
The house has been carefully renovated and now provides a comfortable modern standard. Beautiful pieces of antique Mallorquin furniture meet the eye as you walk through the different rooms, - all beds have been adjusted to European standards.
The house has two floors, and a basement floor, where the laundry room is situated. On entrance level are three bedrooms with antique style double beds. One bedroom has a bathroom en-suite, the other two bedrooms have each a washbasin.
On this floor is also another two full bathrooms, two kitchens which still need some modernising, and a beautiful living room-dining room opening up to the covered and peaceful terrace in colonial style, and a pine shaded garden.
Second floor is newly renovated in a modern and exclusive design, where the impressive ceiling beams make a marvellous contrast to the two large and airy bedrooms, sharing a spacious and ultramodern bathroom with a walk-in shower, two separate washbasin areas, and a separate area for the WC.
The pool is on a large, tiled terrass with sunbeds, an additional shaded area, and breathtaking panoramic views.
Within a 5 minute drive, you reach the square of Sóller.
