Ca´n Portuvil is a country house, situated in a privileged location overlooking the valley of Sóller and surrounded by 100.000 m2 of terraced land with olive trees.
The house has been carefully renovated and now provides a comfortable modern standard.
Beautiful pieces of antique Mallorquin furniture meet the eye as you walk through the different rooms and all beds have been adjusted to European standards. One double bedroom has a bathrom en-suite, the other bedrooms have each a wash basin. The panoramic views of the valley stretch out in front of you while you take a dip in the swimming pool, or if you prefer, relax on the large peaceful terrace in colonial style with pine shaded garden.
Within a 10 minute drive, you reach the square of Sóller.
