Casa Pinomar, is a 86 square metre, terraced house, situated in a beautiful and tranquil surrounding, with spectacular sea views accross the Palma bay.
Casa Pinomar is a typically Spanish rustic style house, with the highest quality fittings, tastefully furnished and decorated.
On ground floor, is the living room-kitchen-dining room and a shower/toilet.
The living room, spacious and comfortable, opens on to a large furnished terrace with gardens and sea view.
The fully equipped kitchen-dining area opens on to a furnished kitchen terrace also with gardens.
On first floor, is the master bedroom with a king size bed, and marvellous panoramic views of the sea and the bay of Palma. The second bedroom is a twin with a small balcony just above the kitchen terrace. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. On the landing, between the two bedrooms, is a large fully tiled bathroom with tub/shower and two separate washbasins.There is air-conditioning/ reversible throughout the house.
The exclusive pool area is large with a lawn, flowerbeds, outdoor shower and toilet.

The pretty Illetas beach is within a 5-minute walk, as are shops, restaurants and bars.
