Finca La Penyon - Sóller

La Penyon is a beautifully restored finca set in 60.000 square metres of terraced grounds, of which 10.000 m2 are orange and lemon plantations. The finca provides a comfortable modern standard with air conditioning and central heating throughout the house.
An atmosphere of of peace and calm prevails within La Penyon with small details of past times, sitting areas, such as the old Mallorquín kitchen, turned into a cosy reading corner, or the winter lounge, with its beautiful arched walls.
All six bedrooms have bathrooms en-suite, satellite TV, safe and hairdryer. Three bedrooms have double beds, the other three are twins.
The kitchen is well equipped for big groups, with electric oven and cooker, dishwasher, a large fridge, as well as a large freezer. Adjoining the kitchen is a pantry almost as big as the kitchen.
Outdoors, are several paved terraces, a beautiful dining area surrounded by fruit trees and views of the mountains, as is the pool area, with sunbeds and an outdoor shower. There is also a small separate house - the laundry room, with two washing machines, two tumble dryers, towels and sheets.
The communal areas of the house are cleaned and maintained daily.Upon request you may have your bedrooms cleaned daily at an additional cost. Within a five minute drive you are at the beach in Puerto de Sóller, or the Sóller centre.
Cleaning provided once a week. Internet connection possible.
