The Penthouse, is a luxury small apartment, situated in a quiet neighbourhood just a few minutes walk from the Paseo Marítimo, the harbour promenade of Palma. It´s a top floor, light and airy apartment.
The living room is furnished with an elegant group of sofa and armchairs, as well as designer furniture, and opens on to a partially covered, large furnished terrace, with wonderful views over the roof tops and the sea. The fully equipped kitchen, with a small dining corner, opens on to a kitchen terrace with views over the roof tops.
One double bedroom has a double bed with split matresses, en-suite elegant bathroom with shower, and views to the sea. The second bedroom has bunk beds, and a smaller bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes.
There is air-conditioning in the larger double bedroom and the living room.Throughout the apartment is the dominant colour of white.
Shops, bars, restaurants and open-air cafés are within close reach, as is the well-known Santa Catalina market.
