Beautifully conserved traditional two-storey Mallorquín stone house situated on the outskirts of Sóller, with magnificent views of the Tramuntana mountains. Casa Mimosa has been carefully renovated, and now provides a comfortable modern standard. On ground floor is, besides the entrance hall, a comfortable lounge-conservatory which opens on to a lovely Mediterranean garden with a small water fountain. In the garden is also a garden toilet and an outdoor shower.
On mezzanine level is a fully equipped new kitchen, carefully adapted to keep the traditional Mallorquín atmosphere. On this level is also a sitting room with TV and music equipment.
On the way up to the second floor is a small double bedroom and a walk-through room which opens on to a furnished terrace, overlooking the garden and the mountains. On second floor are two large double bedrooms. All three bedrooms have Mallorquín double beds and views of the mountains.
There is central heating throughout the house and fans for the warmer season.
Within a 5 minute drive you reach the main square of Sóller or the village of Fornalutx, and with a 10 minute drive the beach in Puerto de Sóller.
