Casa Mayol, is a traditional Mallorquin 3-storey house, 2 minutes from the main square of Sóller. The house has been carefully renovated, to modern standards, and much effort has been made to keep the autentic charm and atmosphere.
On entering the house there is a seating area with sofa and music system. A couple of steps further on is an airy design kitchen, fully equipped, with dining area and large picture windows opening on to a sunny, furnished kitchen patio.
On mezzanine level is a toilet with basin.
Following the stairs, there are two double bedrooms, one with a king size bed and French doors, opening on to a small balcony ovelooking the street, the other with a mallorquin sized double bed, French doors and view of the kitchen patio.
Two floors up there is yet another king size bedroom and a separate walk-in shower room. On this floor is also the majestic and elegant bathroom with a tub, and large antique picture windows with views of the roof tops. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating.
Top floor: you are now on the nicely furnished roof terrace with spectacular views of the Puig Mayor, Majorca´s highest mountain, the roof tops of Sóller, and the San Bartolomeu´s church steeple.
