Ca´n Max, is a charming 2-storey, new built 220 m2 stonehouse, situated on a 1.000 m2 terraced hillside with olive trees, approx. 5 km from Sóller, on the Sóller - Deía road. The house is in a very peaceful location, surrounded by mountains and bird song, and with lovely views to Majorca´s highest mountain, The Puig Major.
Ca´n Max, is tastefully, and comfortably decorated with all modern conveniences, which harmonizes well with the classical Majorcan building style of thick wooden ceiling beams, and terracotta tiled floors.
On entering the house, an incredible wood work of ceiling, doors and windows meets the eye. On this floor is one dobuble bedroom with a nicely tiled bathroom en suite, and two twin bedrooms. Here is also a fairly large, and cozy open plan studio. A wide staircase brings you down to the open plan, living area of the house.
The large living room, which comprises a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, has a lovely personal touch. There are big picture windows opening on to a terrace, on one side of the house, and a direct access from the kitchen, to the covered, outdoor dining area with barbecue. On this floor is also one double bedroom, and a nicely tiled, full bathroom, with walk-in shower.
There is air-conditioning and heating in every room, Wi-Fi, a music system, flat-screen. Satellite-TV and DVD.
The pretty secluded pool area, with an outdoor shower, is fenced in, and quite child safe. There are sunbeds, a table with sun umbrella, and music from the Hi-Fi, if you wish.
Ca´n Max is a very well cared for property, with absolute privacy.
Within a 10-minute drive, you are in the bustling port of Sóller with its many restaurants, bars and the beach.
