Ca´n Maravilla, is a modern, sunny, open-plan apartment with wonderful views of the bay of Sóller. The apartment is comfortably furnished, and with marble tiled floors which give a nice cooling effect during the hot summerdays.
The living room opens on to a large, furnished and covered terrace with a built-in barbecue, the main bedroom, with a double bed and views of the terrace and the bay, has a full bathroom en-suite and if needed, an additional junior bed. The second bedroom has twin beds, and a bathroom with shower en-suite. In every room there is a fan. However, most days there is a cooling breeze straight from the sea.
The apartment is in an ideal spot if you want to be close to the beach, shops, bars and nice restaurants. Off season, you can enjoy the stillness of the port, while listening to the lapping of the waves.
The shared pool, has sun terrace with sunbeds and a shower.
On the other side of the bay, approx. 5 minutes walk, is the tram to Sóller, and on Saturday thre is market.
Note: this is a first line apartment, but, you need to climb some stairs to reach it.
