Ca´n Llag is a beautiful Mallorquín two-storey house, situaded on the outskirts of Sóller, with magnificent views of the Tramuntana mountains. The house is in excellent condition with all modern high standard conveniences.
The covered terrace with dining table and chairs in teak, in front of the house, has a pretty old well to look at, besides the gardens and mountains.The large living room is tastefully furnished, full of little personal details, and with satellite TV, Dvd, CD-player.
The spacious, fully equipped, kitchen with dining area, opens on to a smaller terrace and a separate washroom. There is a large, elegantly tiled, bathroom with shower on ground floor and a second, with bath, upstairs where also the bedrooms are, all with big built-in wardrobes and beautiful views of the mountains, gardens and pool area.
One double bedroom has a more modern design and air.con, the second double bedroom is equipped with an antique Mallorquin double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. Air-conditioning is also in the kitchen, central heating in every room. There are several TVs in the house.
The salt water pool, 8 x 4m, with shower, is in an enclosed area with sun terrace and sunbeds.
The square of Sóller is within a 5 minute drive, as is the beach in Puerto de Sóller
