La Limonera, is a charming, newly built, typical Majorcan small stonehouse, situated in a peaceful location, surrounded by orange trees, and 360 degrees beautiful views of the mountains.
The house provides a high, modern standard, harmonizing well with the wooden ceiling beams, and terracotta floor tiles.The living room, with two comfortable sofas and a wood stove, to be used during the cold season, is one large room which includes a fully equipped, modern kitchen and dining area.
From the kitchen there is a direct access to a covered furnished terrace, and from the living room you have direct access to the pool.
The master bedroom has a double bed ( 1,60 x 2 m), built in wardrobes and views over the pool and mountains. The twin bedroom, beds measuring (0,90 x 2 m), has views to the orange trees, and built in wardrobes. The nicely tiled, fairly large bathroom, has a walk-in shower. There is also a small washing room with a washing machine.
There is reversible air-conditioning in all rooms, and a private covered parking for two cars.
La Limonera is a property on flat grounds of approx. 1.000 m2, and with total privacy.
The gardener makes sure you have ripe tomatoes to pick, as well as other vegetables, when in season.
Within a 5-minute drive, you are in the port of Sóller and the beach.
