Ca´n Juanet, is a charming, tastefully renovated typical Majorcan, two-storey house, situated outside of Sóller, in direction towards the village of Biniaraix. The house offers very cosy and comfortable accommodation in a Majorcan, authentic atmosphere, surrounded by orange and lemon groves.
On entering the house is an open plan living- and kitchen area, light and spacious. The kitchen is in rustic style, and seats six persons. There is also an outdoor kitchen with an adjoining bathroom and a nicely furnished kitchen terrace, with views towards the mountains.
A beautifully, Moorish tiled staircase takes you to second floor, and the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (1,50 x 2 m), A/C and views of the mountains. The second bedroom is a twin (0,90 x 2 m), with views over roof tops and the pool. The bathroom is in a modern design, and with a jacuzzi. The furnished back terrace has almost panoramic views of the mountains.
Throughout the house are wooden beams, and new, rustic style floor tiles.
In the garden area, there is a ready constructed pool and sunbeds. Adjacent to the pool is a covered large terrace, nicely furnished for outdoor dinner, and a barbecue.
