Casita Flora, is a charming, very private, fully renovated, typical Mallorquin stonehouse, situated on the outskirts of Fornalutx, and overlooking the valley of Sóller.
The house, approx 120 m2, sits on terraced land with remarkable hundred of years old olive- and carob trees.
This authentic Mallorquín “casita” (small 1-storey house), with wooden beams and terracotta tiled floors, has been modernised to provide a comfortable modern standard. In the living room there is a wood stove for the colder season, and some beautiful pieces of original wooden furniture The two bedrooms, on mezzanine level, have each a Mallorquin double bed of 1,50 x 1,90 m. There are built-in wardrobes and windows with lovely views of the land and mountains.
The open-plan kitchen, is charming in its rustic, cottage style. Next to the kitchen is the nicely tiled, full bathroom.
Casita Flora, is a light and airy house in a very peaceful and harmonious surrounding, and where the vicinity offers wonderful walks in the mountains.
The pool, provided with sunbeds, is right by the furnished front terrace, which makes a lovely spot on a hot summer´s evening.
Within a 2-minute drive, you reach the square of Fornalutx. To Sóller you need approx. 5 minutes, and to Puerto de Sóller, and the beach, approx. 10 minutes.
