Finca Nou, is a big country estate approx.15 km from Palma, and 7 km from Sóller. The finca comprises ten independent so called, garden apartments.
The apartments are all on ground level, each with a furnished front terrace, surrounded by landscaped gardens. A garden apartment is similar to a bungalow with entrance from the terrace, and with a parking each.
There are two apartments, 60 m2, with two bedrooms, and the remaining eight are one-bedroom apartments, 40 m2. All of them are air-conditioned hot/cold, south-facing, have Internet, and the possibility of an extra bed.
The garden apartments are modern in a rustic style design, with wooden beams and exposed stonework. The open-plan living room is fully furnished, with comfortable sofas, flat-screen satellite-TV, and nice decoration. From here is the direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchenette has a hob, microwave, and a dining table.
The bedrooms have single beds put together, and a nicely tiled, full bathroom en-suite.
As common grounds is the pool (10 x 5m) with an extensive sun terrace, sunbeds and garden umbrellas, a sheltered pool terrace, a barbecue area with picnic tables surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and panoramic views, and a laundry room.
In the close neighbourhood of the finca is a famous, Mallorquín family-run restaurant, known for its excellent wines and lamb dishes. There is also the Son Termes Golf Course, horse riding clubs, and nice walking areas.
Towel change every three days, linen every 6 days.
Within a 5 minute drive, you are in the village of Bunyola, or the village of Sóller.
Puerto de Sóller and beach, approx. 10 minutes.
Palma approx.15 minutes.
Palma airport approx. 30 minutes.
