Ca´n Figuera, is a charming, fully renovated typical Mallorquin small stonehouse, situated in a peaceful location with beautiful views of the Port of Sóller and the surrounding mountains, terraced with olive trees and pines. A large, covered, and nicely furnished terrace is adjacent to the pool.
The house provides a comfortable modern standard, harmonizing with the authentic, wooden ceiling beams, and ancient floor tiles.The living room has a sofa-bed for a third person, and a wood stove which can be used. On mezzanine level is the bedroom with twin beds (1,35 x 2) There is reversible air-conditioning in both lounge and bedroom. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom has both a tub and a shower.
Ca´n Figuera is a very well cared for property and with total privacy. The vicinity offers wonderful walks in the mountains.
Within a 5-minute drive, you are in the port of Sóller and the beach.
