Ca´n Fabrice, is a magnificent and beautiful 460 m2 stone built house, elegant and tastefully furnished, with modern comforts and facilities. This historic house, distributed on two floors, is situated on a small street in the Old Town of Sóller.
In the renovation, of this very special house, great care has been taken in keeping the incredible space and character by firstly, using the original large picture windows, and adding the detail of double glazing them, keeping the cold, as well as the heat out, and secondly, having only four double bedrooms, each of approx 40 m2 and with large, tastefully made bathrooms ensuite.

By tram or by car, you reach the port of Sóller in 10 minutes.
