Ca´n Blanc, is a Majorcan three-storey house, situaded on the outskirts of Sóller towards the port, with magnificent views of the Tramuntana mountains, and surrounded by 1.450 m2 orange, and lemon gardens. The house is in excellent conditions with modern conveniences, however, with a rustic touch, and with beautiful old wooden doors and windows.
There are two terraces by the house, one with a dining table and chairs, the other with sun beds. There is a pretty, old well to look at, and a free standing pool 6 x 4 m, besides the gardens and mountains.The sitting room, opening on to the front terrace and gardens, is comfortably furnished, and with a TV and DVD.
The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, also opening on to the front terrace, has a large larder, a separate bathroom with shower, and washing machine. The nicely furnished dining room, looking onto the gardens, has a pretty wood-stove, for the colder season.
Next to the sitting room, is the master bedroom with two modern beds, 0,90 m x 2 m, a bathroom en-suite, and direct access to the sunterrace.
On first floor, there are two bedrooms with wooden beamed ceilings, and lovely views of the mountains and gardens; one bedroom facing south-west, and the other north-east.They both have double beds, one 1,30 m wide, the other 1,50 m wide, and in one of them an extra single bed. On this floor, there is also a large, tiled, full bathroom with shower.
On second floor, is a large loft bedroom, equipped with an antique Majorcan double bed (1,40 m x 1,80 m), slanted, wooden beamed ceiling and lovely views in two different directions.
There is a built-in barbecue, and possibility to park a small car, the road being narrow, next to the house. Within a short walk, are several small shops, and cafés. Also the tram to the port, runs close by.
The square of Sóller is within an approx. 3-minute drive, as is the beach in Puerto de Sóller
