Finca Biniflor, originates from the 15th century and is a big country estate situated in a privileged location, 15 kms from Palma, overlooking the valley of Bunyola. The finca is surrounded by 370.000 acres of terraced land with olive-, carob- and fruit trees. On entering the estate a world of beauty and harmony meets the eye.
Finca Biniflor has been carefully renovated and now provides a comfortable modern standard. Beautiful pieces of antique Mallorquin furniture meet the eye as you walk through the different rooms.
On ground floor is the impressive arched entrada, a dining room with a breakfast kitchen, a comfortable sitting room with open fire-place, kitchen and laundry room.
Following the stairs to second floor, the immense room space takes your breath away. Besides the furnished walk through rooms, there are six double bedrooms, all with beds adjusted to European standards, and of which, two have twin beds. Every bedroom has a bathrom en-suite, satellite-TV, a small fridge and a safe. Recently, a wing has been renovated with yet another two double bedrooms,with each a bathroom en-suite and a sitting room.
The panoramic views stretches out in front of you, either you are enjoying your afternoon drink, on the large furnished terrace, or by the big private pool with sun terrace, sunbeds and a shower room. In the close neighbourhood of the finca is a famous, Mallorquín family-run restaurant, known for its excellent wines and lamb dishes.
Within a 10 minute drive, you are in the village of Bunyola, or the village of Sóller, using the tunnel, or in Palma, which takes approx.15 minutes.
