It´s a light and spacious house on one level, with marble flooring, and predominant colours of white. There is an open fireplace (not to be used), a large flat screen satellite TV, and comfortable sofas.

The pretty Illetas beach is within a 3-minute walk, as are shops, restaurants and bars.
The number 3 bus, runs with 10 minutes intervals, directly to the centre of Palma.
